Situation: Walmart.com's desktop item page suffered from poor 'Above the Fold' utilization, excessive scrolling, and a restrictive sticky buy box, negatively impacting customer decisions and conversions.

Task: Redesign the item page to optimize 'Above the Fold,' minimize scrolling, enhance user experience, and maintain revenue, improving readability, satisfaction, and conversions."

Action: Implemented a three-grid layout, prioritizing key information and cross-sells, aligning with the customer's 'Consider, Evaluate, Transact' journey.

Result: +7.3 bps GMV, +$10.5M sponsored ads revenue, and +8.1 bps add-to-order conversion increase, demonstrating improved customer experience and business growth.
