Our team was tasked to redesign the whole Personal Advisor Services website and hub to make it more intuitive for their customers. Our efforts were focused on the two key ingredients of this experience: the interaction between the user and it’s own personal advisor, and the visualization of figures and likelihood of success for each particular case and customer.
