Our team was tasked to redesign and enhance in full the ordering and customizing experience for the in-store kiosk machines. We focused on building a sophisticated, elegant, intuitive and frictionless experience for each and every user. Makeing it fast, easy to understand for everybody and even more delightful than ordering a the counter. 

Focusing not only on updating the visual style, we put special attention into usability and designs system patterns. We evolved and completed their digital design system onto a single collection of accessibility first product patterns and components based on best practices, keeping in mind scalability for future use. 

It’s was important for us to keep in mind we are developing a global product that should be used in more than 80 markets. It needed to be flexible and comprehensive enough to be able to accommodate for all of them.
